You can store your coat and umbrella in the museum’s cloakroom (self-service). Bags and small backpacks (up to 45×25×25 cm) can be stored in a locker. Our lockers can be locked electronically using a numeric code of your choice.
LuggageOur cloakroom is unfortunately unable to accommodate large rucksacks and bags, (wheeled) suitcases and other luggage or large items such as prams and folding bikes.
If you have items with you larger than 45×25×25 cm, you may be refused entrance to the museum. Please leave your baggage at your hotel or keep it in storage at one of the many luggage service points around the Museum square.
Prams, buggies, walking frames and wheelchairsPrams and buggies are permitted in the museum, as are walking frames, wheelchairs and other mobility aids for disabled visitors.
