To go to Account Settings, click on your Gravatar in the upper right-hand corner of your admin bar, then choose Account Settings on the left.

Account Settings UsernameYour WordPress.com username must be unique. You can change your username[2] by typing in a new one into the username field and following the instructions that appear. Your WordPress.com username will display next to any posts you make in the WordPress.com forums[3].
