Though called "afternoon tea," it actually presents an array of great food comparable to a full buffet. I had some very nice insalate, beef roast, sea food risotto, lots of fresh shrimps, mussels, sashimi, Taiwanese style noodle soup, choose-your-own-ingredients spaghetti, roast chicken, shrimp tempura, minestrone...just to name a part of it. Soft drinks like coffee, tea, juices, and soda pops were also with unlimited supplies. Sweets tasted kind of normal. But high-quality, as-much-as-you-want ice creams were a plus. Anyway, at only about US$30, such a "tea time" well satisfies different palates and will for sure fill you up and full with delicacies. So it is suggested that you take it as a late lunch or early dinner. (I actually skipped dinner that day.)
